TREK Bible Verse

TREK members have us in their thoughts and prayers as we enter into our performing week.  Here is a verse they would like to share with you all.

Psalms 54:6-7 ...I will praise your name, O Lord, for it is good. For he has delivered me from all my troubles, and my eyes have looked in triumph on my foes."

TREK (Journey's high school leadership team) will be leading us in Worship at the theater, the Sunday of our closing show.  We will meet at 12:00 PM.  We hope you can join us.  It is a great time together!

Opening Night Party "potluck" List

Here is the list of items from our 2nd parent meeting that parents signed up to bring to our opening night party. You can bring your items when you bring your kids to the theater.  Take them directly into the cafeteria (commons) and there will be a spot identified for you to leave them.  Thanks!

Millie Cleaning Schedule

Here is the Millie cleaning schedule.  Please print out a copy and note when your child(ren) have cleaning duties.  Please remind them of their cleaning responsibilities and remember that when they are cleaning, they will be about 20 minutes later for pick up.

All cast and crew are on the list as least once.  Look for your child's name multiple times!

School Day Show Letter

Our school day show is Thursday, December 5th.  Cast and crew are called at 9:00 AM and pick up time is 12:00 PM.

In your first parent packet we included a letter that your child can give their teacher to arrange for an absence that day.  I am posting a link to that letter here just in case you no longer have the first one!

Weekend Reminders!

Weekend reminders:

This Friday is a pizza night.  $1.50 a slice.  Order when you arrive at rehearsal.

Friday and Saturday are run through rehearsals.

Saturday is our pancake breakfast for cast and crew.  Kids should arrive at 8:30 for breakfast.  Rehearsal begins at 9:00.

We move into the theater at Washougal High School on Sunday.  We have the theater starting from 12:00 for committees who are moving in backstag, sets, props, costumes, green room and tech.  Your chair will let you know what time you should arrive.

Kids arrive at 3:30 and are done at 7:00.  Parents who are new to the theater must stay for the move in safety meeting at 3:30. 

Cast members need to bring their fully packed backstage box.  It will stay at the theater until the Sunday of our last show.

Cast members to not have to do hair and make up on Move in.

If you ordered a meal on move in it will be delivered at our dinner break.  If you did not buy a meal be sure and pack a meal/snack.  

Please bring a refillable water bottle, with your name on it, to use while at the theater.

Artistic Team Gifts

REMINDER from our Show Chair: It's not too late to pitch in for the Artistic Team Appreciation gifts. 

We can continue to take donations through Friday, November 29th. 

Please help us bless the socks off our artistic team!  There is a donation envelope located in the Magic Box, (which will be at rehearsal this weekend) or you can give your donation to our show chair, Lisa Jooste.
